Kathi is a Masters student of landscape architecture at the University of Life Science in Vienna. She has a fascination for plants that drives her to constantly enlarge her knowledge on the subject. Her motivation in landscape architecture is the chance to overcome social and cultural difficulties through a design that is not merely to beautify – but rather to achieve an open space without borders!
Stathis is from Athens where he got his degree of architecture at the National Technical University. Currently his specific interest lies in the public space as the basic field where people integrate and in the factors that affect them during this procedure. In other words, he examines the cityscape as a hybrid of human inventions and natural elements.
Jonathan is 22 years old and grew up in a village nearby Bruges. At the moment he is in his last year at the Landscape and Garden architecture at School of Arts – Hogeschool Gent. He is especially interested in the graphic/digital aspect of landscape architecture and urbanism. He aims to design public spaces and projects in a way that makes people more intrigued and connected to their public surrounding area and learn to experience and appreciate it more.
Hannah is an experienced landscape architect who recently joined the team of Bureau B+B. Not only did she graduate from Amsterdam Academy of Architecture, she is also currently teaching there. She works from a strong respect for nature leading to a search for balance in mankind’s dealing with the landscape. This is clearly visible in her recent book ‘Tweede Natuur’ (second nature) in which she researches the opportunity to give abandoned cultural heritage new value by donating it back to nature.

Gert-Jan Wisse is a landscape architect with vast experience with planning landscape transformations and public space in complex urban environments. He is a member of the Bureau B+B management team. The multidisciplinary approach that characterizes B+B also forms the starting point for Tom’s research into the boundaries of the work field, as the most interesting insights often appear in the area where two different disciplines meet. It is from that perspective that Tom uses his degrees and experience, as both spatial designer and marketing and ecommerce professional, to aid his colleagues to tell their story as strongly as possible.
Mascha Onderwater is a landscape architect with vast experience with planning complex urban design and landscape architectural transformations. Vito Timmerman has graduated from HoGent/KASK in Belgium and is currently taking the masters course in landscape architecture at the Academy of Bouwkunst in Amsterdam. Vito is passionate about designing spatial solutions, in which human and natural systems join forces. Achieving a good cooperation between both is what motivates him.
Angelo is an architect, coming from Florence. After he studied at the Faculty of Architecture of Florence and at the Architecture School of Porto, he started working in different architecture and landscape architecture offices in Berlin and Milano. His special interest lays in public space projects that have a positive social impact.
